• Our products are fulfilled through print-on-demand (POD) services, meaning each item is custom-made for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or the item is incorrect. Mugs and glassware are not returnable unless they are damaged during shipping or have print defects. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Clothing must be in original condition, unwashed with price tags attached. Please submit a Return Request form within 14 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
  • Manufacturer defects, damaged, or incorrect items are valid for refunds within 14 days.
  • Making products on demand instead of in bulk allows us to reduce waste and overproduction, helping us create a more sustainable shopping experience! Thank you for supporting our POD process and making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
  • Credit: Items purchased with a credit or debit card are refunded to your original form of payment.
  • SHIPPING COSTS: Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping (limited exceptions include manufacturer’s defects, items damaged in shipping, and incorrect items). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • PROCESSING TIMES: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment minus the return shipping fee (if applicable). Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days, after your credit has been applied, for it to post to your account.
