Shipping and Returns

  • 7-Day Return Policy: All returns, refunds and exchanges are valid within 7 days of purchase. Mugs and glassware are not returnable unless they are damaged during shipping or have print defects. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Clothing must be in original condition, unwashed with price tags attached. Please submit a Return Request form to ensure it is processed correctly.
  • Manufacturer defects, damaged, or incorrect items are exceptions and are valid within 30 days. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with merchandise tags in place. Email contact@wakeonthelake.com for these issues.
  • Cash or Credit: Items purchased with a credit or debit card are refunded to your original form of payment.
  • SHIPPING COSTS: Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping (limited exceptions include manufacturer’s defects, items damaged in shipping, and incorrect items). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • PROCESSING TIMES: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment minus the return shipping fee (if applicable). Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days, after your credit has been applied, for it to post to your account. 

If you need to exchange the same item for a different size, complete the Return Request form and submit.
